We are confident you will walk out (well, we might have to carry you) of your session feeling satisfied, we invite you to come try our services for free!

Your private, one hour session will include:

  • Sit-down performance and readiness conversation;
  • Brief talk about your goals and your ‘Why’;
  • Forty minute, full-body workout including resistance, cardio, core and flexibility training;
  • Evaluation of your workout and our service at completion.

If you commit to training with us, we will go into further depth of your goals during your first session.

If at any time you feel the services provided are not aligned to you or your goals, we want you to say, ‘No thanks, it’s not for me”. You will have a better understanding of what it is you truly want out of your health and fitness.
